Any order or e-mailed request sent after 6 pm during the week will be processed the next following business day and any e-mail or voice message left over the weekend or Friday after 6 pm, will be handled and process on the following Monday
To cancel an event, you must notify Zama Catering & Events by phone during normal business hours at least 3 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in a 50% or full invoice charge. The client may avoid the 50% cancellation fee by rescheduling the event at a later available date.
Please review the details of your event. If you see any discrepancies, contact us, as soon as you can. Our staff will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your event.
TO CONFIRM & SECURE YOUR EVENT:
A Credit Card AND the signed contract WILL BE REQUIRED at Zama Catering & Events . Failure to provide this information will result in cancellation & the allocated calendar slot to be available for another potential guest.
WE WILL SEND YOU AN E-MAIL OR VERBAL CONFIRMATION ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVE YOUR INFORMATION & YOUR EVENT IS SECURED IN OUR CALENDAR*
To allow for proper logistics to take place, changes to the event will be possible NO LATER than 3 business days (before 3 pm) prior to the event date. WE WILL ALWAYS DO ONE LAST VERBAL REVIEW & VERIFICATION OVER THE PHONE WITH OUR GUEST PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IF YOU DID NOT GET YOUR VERBAL DETAIL REVIEW WITH A MEMBER OF LA PARRILLA CATERING TEAM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR EVENT, PLEASE CALL US AS TO INSURE YOUR EVENT IS SECURED IN OUR CALENDAR.
THE OPERATING COST: represents the many additional overhead & increased costs involved in the transportation & preparation of your event by “taking the restaurant” to you. To name a few: catering office phones, special software, vans, machines, equipment replacement & maintenance, gas, special insurance, etc.
FOOD SET UP & TABLES: Zama catering & Events team will provide all the necessary tables for the set up of the food & drinks (if ordered from la Zama Catering & Events). if the guest(s) prefers for Zama catering & Events team to use the guest’s table(s) or counter the guest will be responsible to insure that the table is sturdy and stable, if the table(s) provided by the guest(s) results to be weak and bends or brakes under the food & equipment, THE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE FOOD SPILLED.
You are welcome to keep the remaining food items or Leftovers. Our team will break down the set up at the agreed time and will NOT leave the food equipment at our guest’s site location. In order to be able to keep the leftovers we will provide Aluminum disposable pans (containers) so the servers can transpose the food.
Those prices DO NOT include gratuity for your team of servers. Customary gratuity for your catering team 15% to 20% ( that will be spilt evenly between your team of servers. Gratuity amount is at the discretion of our guests and reflect he service level received.
Server/Attendant fees (Full Service Option):
$75 for a 2 hour event (includes set up, 2 hour event, and breakdown). If event requires extensive set up, or lasts more than 2 hours, additional server fees will apply. Additional labor charges may appear on a separate invoice following the event’s conclusion.
